Returns company_name, category (plus super_category grouping), description, services_tags (comma-delimited services offered), website, phone, city/state, quality_score (0-100), verified status, listing tier (free/paid), practice_size_fit, and reviews (review_count, average_rating). Slug comes from match_practice or search_providers results; returns an error if the slug is unknown.
